Each being who decides to live is a blessing, because upon this creature thousands of blessings pour; within itself it carries the protection of the ancestors, including its parents. The parents are in turn protected by the goodness contained in the creature’s essence; by this being which makes itself immortal by surrounding itself with love, humility, peace, generosity, and simplicity. It carries with it the requirements necessary to fulfill its mission in this incarnation. It is the duty of his progenitors and elders to maintain the purity of heart needed so that, when the time comes, he recognize his mission and fulfill it with gallantry, integrity, and loyalty to his elders and siblings.

The creature whose arrival we now await is perpetual light; his cry and joy move every heart; although he has no riches, although he has as yet no voice, although he cannot yet run, although he cannot yet write, although he cannot yet choose, although he has as yet no autonomy. He has more power than the most powerful man in the world, because, although we don’t understand his language, he makes us polyglots; although we don’t know his thoughts, he makes us soothsayers and psychologists. It is a piece of one’s own heart which beats more quickly, but makes time stop. He fills with such goodness all who come close to him, that it is impossible to believe that evil exists in the world. The simplicity he projects makes it clear how an unarmed man brought independence to a nation. 

Happiness, protection, comprehension, firmness, responsibility, and above all, much love, are the feelings that from within me, as a sister in the Fa Men Chuan Lung Pek Pai family, I offer the SiSuk Wanda Mari Rivera Rivera, in making real the miracle that only a mother can achieve; to give the a human being the opportunity to come to life and be its first Master in the art of Being Human, being a blessing.
